Please print out each weeks meal plan, and subtract the number of calories from each day to see what you are left to play with. There are a number of apps and google searches you can utilise to find out how many calories are in your snacks and coffee – This is a great way for you to get familiar with portion sizing and gaining a general understanding of the amount of energy in certain foods. I’ve purposely left out snack recipes from the meal plan as everyone deserves to treat themselves to a little somethin somethin, especially when you are really doing the work.
