ABOUT RHI

Hi I’m Rhi, Devoted Mother, Wife, Author, Qualified Nutritionist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, & Teacher of Integrated Yoga, Pilates & Barre.

My work sits at the meeting point of movement, meditation, and traditional wisdom teachings. It is grounded in the living traditions of Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga & Vedānta; systems that explore the relationship between the body, mind, consciousness, and the cyclical rhythms that shape human experience.

Through Yoga teaching, Ayurvedic consultation & bodywork, Vedic counselling, and Integrative Nutritional Medicine, I support individuals in understanding their constitution, life stage, and the environmental influences shaping their health. My approach to Nutrition draws from both classical Ayurvedic dietary principles and contemporary scientific understanding, allowing care that is both traditionally informed and clinically relevant.

My teaching integrates Katonah-informed structure, classical Hatha Yoga, Kundalini energetics, Yin and meditative inquiry, alongside Ayurvedic principles that honour prakṛti (constitutional nature), vikṛti (patterns of imbalance), seasonal influence, and the subtle interplay between physiology, perception, and awareness.

Within my Ayurvedic practice, I offer personalised consultation and therapeutic bodywork guided by traditional diagnostic frameworks, herbal and nutritional medicine, and hands-on therapies that support nervous system regulation, digestive and hormonal health, and long-term vitality.

Across all modalities, my work invites a deepening relationship with practice as an evolving inquiry — cultivating discernment, steadiness, and an understanding of the body as both an expression of nature and a vehicle through which awareness is experienced.

In full reverence , devotion and gratitude to my teachers:
