abhyanga (ayurvedic massage & kundalini bodywork) - $145

(55 min includes dosha analysis)

Unlike conventional massages, Ayurvedic Massage, also known as abhyanga—honours the skin as a vital gateway to wellness, employing luxurious herbal oils and gentle, rhythmic strokes to nurture and restore your entire being from head to toe. From a Vedic perspective, the skin is much more than a physical barrier; it is seen as an important site of prana (life energy) and ojas (vital essence). Through Abhyanga, oils penetrate the skin and nourish the dhatus (tissues), providing the raw materials needed for tissue repair, rejuvenation, and vitality. These oils, according to Ayurvedic texts, are also able to harmonise the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—depending on the individual’s constitution and current imbalances.

this full-body massage encourages healthy lymphatic flow and stimulates marma points—sacred energy centres that have the power to alter the body’s organic functions and structural integrity. By engaging these points and using techniques tailored to your unique dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha), Ayurvedic Massage transcends mere muscle manipulation, instead working to unravel deep-seated imbalances, clear emotional hindrances, and release pranic blockages that may restrict your inner vitality.

The holistic approach of this practice delves into Ayurvedic energetic anatomy: exploring nadis (meridians), chakras, and the awakening of Kundalini—while embracing emotional release and cellular rejuvenation. Abhyanga is not like your typical massage, and it is not a one-size-fits-all practice. The type of oil used and the manner of application are customised according to your Prakriti (innate constitution), and Vikriti (current state of health).

Each treatment is thoughtfully woven together, not only to alleviate physical tension, stress, and toxicity, but also to harmonise the fundamental elements within you. With a preventive approach at its core, Ayurvedic Massage is designed to promote strength, longevity, and radiant well-being, upholding the Vedic truth that “massage is medicine.”Don’t expect stubborn physical knots to be kneaded out— abhyanga isn’t about deep, vigorous manipulation. Instead, think of it as a gentle, full-body facial massage, where the sole purpose is profound relaxation.

As you immerse yourself in this holistic therapy, you will discover a sacred union of Yoga and Ayurveda—sister sciences that amplify each other’s restorative powers. Whether you seek emotional balance, energetic harmony, or the joy of true relaxation, Ayurvedic Massage offers a path to vibrant health, deep nourishment, and the timeless wisdom of self-care.

Sarvanga Sadhana: Movement + Mindfulness Package - $900

(6 SESSIONS)

Yoga and asana, while often thought of and used interchangeably in conversation, represent distinct aspects of a broader practice. Asana specifically refers to the physical postures and poses practised in yoga. However, yoga encompasses a much larger philosophy and lifestyle that integrates mental, spiritual, and emotional dimensions, along with physical practices.

At its core, yoga is about union – the connection between the individual consciousness and universal consciousness. It is a holistic system that aims to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. This includes various branches such as meditation (dhyana), breath control (pranayama), ethical living (yamas and niyamas), and self-study.

Practising yoga is about cultivating awareness and mindfulness, leading to a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s connection to the world. While asana serves as a great entry point, it is just one part of the yogic path. The practice encourages practitioners to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, fostering personal growth and self-realisation.

Therefore, a truly enriching yoga practice involves more than just performing physical postures; it includes developing a regular meditation practice, mantra, devotion, engaging in self-study, practising non-attachment, embodying principles of compassion and kindness, and  much more. Ultimately, the transformative power of yoga comes from its ability to integrate these various elements into a cohesive practice that nurtures and supports holistic well-being.

Yoga and its sister Science Ayurveda, has profoundly shaped my life, instilling a deep sense of confidence and self-belief that I previously struggled to cultivate. It has guided me on a journey toward mental fortitude, enabling me to develop strength and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Through this practice, I have discovered not just physical flexibility but also the emotional adaptability essential for navigating the ups and downs of existence. Yoga has infused my life with a sense of meaning and purpose, serving as a constant source of joy and growth throughout the years. Each day on and off the mat, is a reminder of my journey, allowing me to connect with my true self and embrace each moment with gratitude and intention.

I believe the same can be true for you, no matter what your knowledge is of yoga, your current fitness level or experience. My goal is to help you build a healthy relationship with yourself and make yoga and all its teachings a deeply ingrained part of who you are.

With this package, you will learn:

* How to build a consistent practice (movement, meditation, routines) that sticks, even during the most uncertain or stressful times.

* Ways to build exercise into your life so that movement and health become a part of your identity.

* The limits of willpower and why the environment is the most important part of goal pursuit.

* How to cultivate (Tapas) self-discipline, no matter where you're starting from.

* Recovery techniques that will keep you from getting injured, burnt out, or quitting long-term
